Frequently Asked Questions

  • Can I cancel an appointment?
  • Do I need to pay for a new consultation appointment every time I need to speak with a consultant?
  • How long does a consultation last?
  • What can I expect from my Immigration Consultation?

You can cancel or change your appointment within 2 business days of your scheduled appointment using the confirmation link you received when booking your appointment.

Our Immigration Consultation is an initial meeting to get to know you, assess your profile, and build a strategy.

Once we determine your pathway, you will have the option to sign a Retainer Agreement with us so we can assist you with the preparation and submission of your application.

With a retainer agreement signed, you will have unlimited access to your consultant and immigration specialists assigned to your application.

You will be able to book meetings, send emails, exchange instant messages, receive feedback, and discuss all the matters related to your application, until completion of the process.

You can book initial consultations from 60 minutes to 80 minutes.

During the meeting, our consultants will assess your profile and discuss what is the best pathway for you.

They will explain to you your options, the risks, and chances of success, providing you with the best strategy according to your end goal and profile.

Once we define the best option for you, we will explain the application process, what's the expected processing time and the costs involved. We will then be able to answer your questions you may have at the time.
